Aussie Reptile Supplies (ARS) ships Australia-wide (if delivery is possible).

All our orders are packed and posted within 12-24 hours of receipt of payment (please allow for weekends and public holidays).

All items are professionally packed to ensure all goods arrive safe and undamaged direct to your door.
Standard delivery time frames are between 2-10 business days.

On occasion if ordering multiple items your order may arrive in separate deliveries particularly if ordering a large item ie Enclosure, Waterfall, Aviary etc.

We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct however in the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive.

Once we are informed, we will lodge enquiries with the necessary courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Standard Items: are mostly shipped via Australia Post and postage is calculated at time of order.

Larger Items: including but not limited to Ponds, Waterfalls, Aviaries, Garages etc need to be individually quoted as prices vary depending on location, weight & cubic measurements.

NB: In this case please contact us for a quotation before placing your order.

If you checkout before obtaining a quote from us please be aware a separate freight charge will be issued accordingly.

Live Insects
We send our live insect orders out on Mon, Tues & Wednesdays via courier.

All payments must be received before dispatch.

Any orders/payments received after 3pm Tuesday will be sent the following week.

Aussie Reptiles - Live Reptile Sales
Sales are only for Australian residents with appropriate current licences.

Freight can be arranged (within Aus) using Australian Air Express (AaE) airport to airport or road courier where possible - freight at buyers expense.
